1. Products & Use

All digital downloads and templates ("Products") are for personal and internal business use only.
You may copy, adapt, and modify the Products for your own projects or business operations.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share the original or modified Products outside your own organization without explicit written permission.

Products are delivered digitally after purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., Lemon Squeezy and the Notion Marketplace).

Products are delivered digitally and automatically upon purchase.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us using this form.
If you receive a refund, you agree to immediately delete all copies of the Product and cease all use.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Products provide general guidance based on our own experiences and are not tailored to your specific circumstances. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals (legal, financial, tax, etc.) to ensure any templates or advice are appropriate for your particular situation.
Project Janna LLC makes no guarantees regarding results or outcomes from using the Products.
You use the Products at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Project Janna LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Products.

All rights are reserved except those explicitly granted to customers in Section 1.
Unauthorized use, copying, modification, or distribution by non-purchasers is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Products shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
For customers outside the United States, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
